FAQs

Can I place an order without a purchase order number?  Yes, as long as you have a valid credit card (Australia only).  All orders are required in writing.  You can send email orders to orders@abacus-als.com.


How long will my order take?  After we have processed your order we will email you through an order confirmation which will include the item, price and ETA.


What if my order is urgent?  If you require your items urgently please contact us directly on (AUS) 1800 222 287 or (NZ) 0800 222 170. 


If I receive more than one delivery will I be charged more freight?  No,  you will only be charged freight once per order no matter how many shipments you receive.


What if I order the incorrect item?  If you believe you have ordered the incorrect item please contact us directly on (AUS) 1800 222 287 or (NZ) 0800 222 170.  A restocking fee may be applied as per our Service Policy.


Do prices include GST?  No all prices are GST exclusive.
